1.1 The Product content, including but not limited to information, resources, and strategies, is provided for educational commentary purposes only. Neither Tori Trades nor Victoria Duke provides investment, legal, or tax advice. The Product should not be construed as professional financial advice.

2. Refunds

There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 All content included in or made available through the Product — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, the compilation thereof, and any software — is the property of Tori Trades and is protected by international copyright laws.

3.2 You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements or concepts without express written permission from Tori Trades.

4. Warranty and Liability

4.1 Tori Trades provides the Product “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. Neither Tori Trades nor its suppliers or licensors make any warranty that the Product will be error-free or that access will be continuous or uninterrupted.

4.2 In no event will Tori Trades, its suppliers, or licensors be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Tori Trades concerning the Product.

5.2 If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.

5.3 Tori Trades reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

6. Mobile Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive automated and non-automated transactional and informational messages from Tori Trades LLC.

Messages may include but are not limited to:
• Course updates and account notifications
• Live masterclass reminders
• Event reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Order and enrollment confirmations

Message frequency may vary.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
